Mary Beth has been caring for the elders of St. Clare-Newport since 1995. Her background includes social work, admissions, marketing, quality assurance and nursing home administration. She oversees the day-to-day operations of St. Clare-Newport and assists elders with their transitions from independent living to their new long term care environment, while providing one-to-one counseling for elders and their families.
Mary Beth is licensed in Nursing Home Administration and Assisted Living Residence Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Counseling, and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Salve Regina University. In 2011 she received the Providence Business News’ “Women in Business” award, and in both 2013 and 2014 the American College of Health Care Administrator’s “Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award.” Mary Beth also serves as the CareLink Board Chair and as an Advisory Board member for the Salve Regina University School of Nursing.
